I was having a terrible time with UPS. they only deliver while I am gone to work. ( Yes, I work very long hours ) I was able to contact the seller by email and phone, they got UPS to send the item to a location that I could pick up at my convenience. The product seems well made, the weight and feel of the chips are good, and the case/trays fit well and make easy storage. I am very happy with the product and the customer service was excellent !!!

I'm just a casual poker player, who wanted a nice set of chips. I got tired of everyone asking "what's this color worth?", so I started shopping and found these (with skulls on them!)... so, of course, I had to buy them!The chips are a nice quality "artificial clay" (plastic). They have a nice weight to them.They're made in China, and some stickers are off center a hair, but most are perfect.I requested a different quantity of some chips, and the seller accepted my request. Then when I had 5 chips get broken during shipping, I wrote again, and they sent replacements.All in all, it's a good set of poker chips, but the customer service would have me come back and buy again in the future.Update: After playing a few rounds, we stumbled on a $1 chip with a $100 sticker on one side, and one chip that shattered after falling about 8 inches (probably cracked from shipping)
