Shipping Address Accuracy

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is current and correct. Our free shipping policy covers only one delivery attempt. If the shipping address is incorrect, any additional delivery attempts will incur extra charges.

Please make sure to include all necessary details in your shipping address, such as unit numbers, buzz codes, and any other relevant information required for successful delivery. Failure to provide complete and accurate information may result in additional fees or delays.

Receiving Your Poker Table

Upon delivery of your poker table, it is crucial to inspect the package carefully before signing the bill of lading. By signing for and accepting the shipment, you are waiving the right to file an insurance claim with the freight carrier.

If you notice any shipping damage:

  • Refuse the damaged items immediately, and we will file an insurance claim on your behalf and send a replacement promptly.

If you sign for the delivery in good condition:

  • MRC Poker will not be able to file a claim on your behalf. However, we will provide you with the necessary paperwork to file a "concealed damage" claim directly with the freight carrier. Please note that MRC Poker has no control over the outcome of such claims and cannot guarantee the result.

Important:

  • We encourage you to inspect your delivery thoroughly. While MRC Poker will assist with the steps to file a concealed damage claim, we are unable to send any replacement parts until the claim is settled.
