How can you charge the shipping?

We offer the free shipping for chips order over $100 before tax,Some orders will not qualify for this free shipping service(for example: poker tables).

For the order under $100, the shipping cost is $19.99.

We use Canada post or UPS for all the shipments within Canada.

We use USPS or UPS for all the shipments within US.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Typically we will ship your order out within 24 hours. And the shipping time usually around 2 to 6 business days, depends on how far you are from Vancouver and which shipping method you choose.

But keep in mind that the tracking number(s) will send to you right after the items shipped so that you can always screen the shipment status online anytime you need.

What forms of Payment are accepted? 

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover) and Paypal.

Can I return the product if I do not like it? 

Yes, for sure, you can return any purchases within 7 days after you receiving them with original / unused condition / package.

Please Note that the personalized poker chips orders and personalized poker table orders are all final sale, no return, no refund acceptable. 

Do you offer a Price Match Guarantee?

Yes, we do! At MRC Poker Store, we’re committed to providing our customers with the best value. If you find a lower price for the exact same item (including size, colour, and model) from a retailer in the US or Canada, we’ll gladly match it.Additionally, if an item you purchased from us goes on sale on our website within 30 days of your purchase date, we’ll issue you store credit for the difference.

      How can you afford to have all your items with the lowest prices? 

      We have own factory to produce the poker items for us so that there is no middle fees for buying merchandise. We pass on the savings to you so that we can offer the lowest price guarantee. Another benefit of having own factory is that we can supervise the quality of the products easily and directly to make sure we provide our customer the best quality products at the lowest prices.

      Are Your Poker Chips Clay? 

      The Clay chips concept was start from Paulson chips and was phased out of the market since 1970s. The clay in Paulson poker chips told by our source is not like the clay found in pottery but a form of ceramic that later was termed clay, probably because the scientific name is long and complicated.

      We stock 2 different types of poker chips.

      1. clay poker chips - very similar to Paulson chips, our high end poker chips was made from 13 different materials based on certain manufactory formula. It gives our valued customers the best hand feeling ever, and they are very easy to stack up very high.

      2. clay composite chips - the chips with a metal insert to make them heavier, that is the chips we considered as composite chips. Also very good quality, just heavier than most of the casino poker chips.

      We don't stock any low quality chips.

      What does the custom build chips set mean and is this service really free? 

      Custom build chips set means you can choose whatever the chips denominations you need in whatever the quantity you need to make up your own set.

      And Yes, it is free service we offered to all of our chips customers. No extra cost.
