Return Window
Items purchased from MRC Poker Store are eligible for return within 14 days of the delivery date. After this period, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
- The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Products that exhibit signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be eligible for return.
- Certain items, such as customized or personalized products, may be ineligible for return. Specific details will be provided in the product listing.
How to Process a Return?
To begin your return, follow these steps:
Contact Us:
Email our customer service team at sales@mrcpoker.com within 14 days of delivery. Please provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant product details to help us process your request efficiently.
Return Shipping:
If you receive an incorrect or defective product, we will fully cover the return shipping and provide a prepaid return label. For all other returns, return shipping costs will not be covered.
Pack & Ship:
Ensure the item is securely repackaged in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Attach the prepaid return label if applicable. If not, please use a trackable shipping method to send the item back to us.
Refund Process:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the return’s status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
